Hello Hannah, My mothers Great Great Grandfather came to America from the Island of Neuwerk Germany, Peter Christian Follmer, his son was Emil, and in turn my Grandfather was Adolph Julius Follmer who died in 1966, the original poster is my second cousin. My mother has two brothers that are still alive. We could be related because I know the family had fifteen children when I was young we visited my Aunts who lived in Bloomfield Nj and my mother was raised around them, I know all were spinsters except Emilie who married with no children. Juliet was the last who passed ,and there was Charlotte and Lulu. If any of these names are familiar we could possibly be relatives!
