Frank Fore, Texas & Oklahoma (1854--1904)

Does anybody have information and a photograph of this Frank Fore? He served as a Deputy U.S. Marshal in the Indian Territory and was a detctive at the time he was killed at Fort Worth on March 10, 1904, by the notorious badman James Brown Miller. I am doing research for a book about Miller and would like more information when I discuss his murder of Fore. Fore's body was shipped back to Duncan, Oklahoma.

Thank you for any information.

Ellis Lindsey
