my great-great grandfather was Jacob Forry. In the family bible that was available, he was listed as being born in 1807 and the entry was spelled Furry. his birth was in York Co., Pa. His marriage was in 1827 and at that time the name was spelled Forry.There is a Forry family graveyard outside of Hellam, Pa. that i have heard is located on the family farm. Also, i have recently found a house with a stone inset that says, "Jacob Forry 1863". I think that he married a Susanah Dellinger, but i'm relying on my memory at present. i will consult my records for any further information.
