I have a copy of Johannes (John) Forrey-1700, my intrest is in Johannes (John) Furre-Forry which family tradition has arriving 1791 with possibly 2 sisters. Settled Lancaster, Co. Pa. until 1812 when family moved to Bedford Co. Pa. Married Magdaline "Matta" German ----??. Records of baptism of two of three children found in records of Blaser's Reformed Church, Donegal Twp. Lancaster, County Pa. Looking at ships records suggests probable strong link between different members of Furry family that immagrated. My Johannes Furry's family may already have been in Lancaster, Co., however old chest which remains in family, Johannes Furre, " umlaut over the U and the date 1791 supports family tradition. Cannot find key past childrens baptism's as to origins in Germany. Help.
