I notice the middle name of Pearson. Pearson (also spelled Piercen in census records) is a middle name in my husband's branch of the Forister family.

Evan/Ivan/Ivian Pearson Forister was born Apr 1832 in South Carolina. Any relation???

P.S. Only my father-in-law, sister-in-law, and husband spell Forrister with the double "r"...all of his aunts and his uncle spell it with a single "r"...due to a typo on my father-in-law's birth certificate in 1936!
