Your're right! And the name was spread all over. I did not see the Forister name in any of the Appalachian tales in that remarkable book, but I did see them in the index of the book, listing pioneers of Rabun Co. (Amos, John, and Thomas Forister). It also lists a Forester or maybe Forrester in Habersham Co. in 1820.
