Camp W.H. Forney (Sulphur Springs)

I am researching the Sulphur Springs Resort in Wellington, AL. I have found where it was referred to as Camp W.H. Forney, during the Civil War Reunions that were held at this location. The reunions were held from approx. 1870 until the mid 1920's. I noticed a William Henry Forney, from Jacksonville, AL, that was a Civil War Veteran, and wondered if anyone might know if this is who the camp was known for. If so, I would greatly appreciate any input in reference to W.H. Forney and the Sulphur Springs Resort. I have some information from three articles written in the Anniston Star Newspaper during the early 1970's. I am greatly interested in photographs that were taken from this location.
