Not sure if this is a connection for you - John Alvin Boldra married Cora Forney (born in Thurman Iowa) and she had a younger brother Guy Forney as well as a younger sister Mary Ann Forney who married Fahy Wesley Boldra (John Alvin's younger brother) in Thurman, Iowa, in 1921.

As well, John Alvin's sister Florance Boldra married Edward Egbert Forney in Thurman in 1910 and John Alvin's brother Charles Boldra married Viva Lee Forney at Council Bluffs in 1912.

For obvious reasons, I have details of the Boldras in this story but not much about the Forneys apart from the fact that Cora and Guy had a brother Edward and a sister Marcia and their parents names were Leonard E Forney and Rosa Pierce.

Don't know where Edward Egbert and Viva Lee fit in - including whether the Edward E that married Florance in 1910 was related to the Edward that was brother to Marcia, Cora and Guy.....
