My father Allan Fors emigrated from Sweden to Canada at age 2 in 1907. We have traced our Fors line back as follows (note that the surname Fors was used throughout):

Oskar Fors 15 Feb. 1874 Lesjofors, Sweden
Jonas Fors 13 Dec. 1842 Gasborn, Sweden
Jonas Hindricksson Fors ????

Oskar had several siblings, but we have no record of them coming through U.S. immigration except via Canada. To our knowledge, Jonas had no siblings.
