I have recently found record of my gggrandfather, Jeptha Fortson, age 65 on the 1910 Gregg Co.,Texas census, wife Margrett,60, and son William, age 33 s.
Jeptha lists Ms,Ga. and Scotland. Wife Margrett lists Al.? Al? Jeptha and Margrett had a daughter Hattie, and a daughter Precias Ella who married George W. Willingham Ky., and died in Gregg Co.Texas.
Does this fit anyone in your east Texas info.
Carol Jones
