My husband, Kenneth Wayne Clay, is a gggrandson of
Joseph Gail Fortson, through his paternal grandmother's side
of the family.

Ken's father is Victory "Victor Clay" born in Meridian, Lauderdale County, Mississippi. Victor's parents were
Walter Winfield Clay (son of Samuel M. Clay and Mary Jane Hand) and Evie Luticia Powell (daughter of James Randolph Powell and Susan Christian "Chris" Fortson). Susan Christian Fortson was the daughter of Joseph Gail Fortson and Sarah Ann Eliza Radford.

Would love to share information with any of you. Have been in contact with Rod Bush before whose help has been invaluable.
