Thanks Jim. So, hello cousin. I do know about Rod Bush who does have a lot of info. Also, Roger Bartlett has Fortson info. Not a lot of activity with the Fortson line. It is discouraging at times. I think I have found almost all my Fortson info, do not know where and when Jeptha M. (Monroe?) Fortson, son of Aaron J. Fortson died or was buried. I think I know...seems logical that he is in West Mt. Cem. in Upshur Co.Tx. He was always dependent on the Willingham son in law so probably buried by Willinghams. I have not been to Ft.Worth. I want to but time and distance keeps me home. Most of the Fortson researchers say Aaron J. Fortson died after 1880 census in Van Zandt Co.Tx. I cannot find a burial site. But, believe he did die there. I cannot find Jeptha and his wife Margrette Riley either. Maybe the Fortsons just fade away?
