I do not have a copy of "Foscue Memoirs."

What I do have:

A journal book with handwritten entries. On the inside cover is written: Family Record - The Foscue Family of U.S.of A. Compiled down to A.D. 1911 by Eliza Foscue, youngest daugher Benjamin Foscue & Eliza Skurlock. To Mrs. Martha Jane Vaughn (my husband's ancestor.)

I also have a typed copy of a letter written to Elizabeth Foscue Lee from her brother, Frederick Forney Foscue, from Near Arlington, Texas, Feb. 11, 1898. It has some of his recollection of the Foscue and Skurlock families. I got this from the internet a few years ago, but do not see it there now.
