There are various spellings of the name Fosker - Ffosscue, Foscue, Forshew etc some changed to a simple Foster or Forster.Earliest record we have is John Ffosscue b. abt 1622 m. Abygaill unknown probanbly Monks Eleigh/Sudbury. John believed of Norweigian descent, possible survivor of Dutch ship sunk off East Anglia during sea battle of Anglo/Dutch fleet 17th century. Descendants known to be in Canada and Australia. Like to hear from Foskers out there to exchange information.
