Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

My great great great grandparents were John Hall and Isabella Fothergill of Crosby-Ravensworth, Westmoreland. My ancestor was Thomas Hall, born to them in 1789. He lived in Hothfield, Kent as an adult, and his son, my great grandfather migrated to Wisconsin about 1850. I see you have an Isabella, too. My mother was Isabel, as there had always been an "Isabel" in our family!
