Thanks for your input. I have studied some of Lorene's messages, but haven't been able to get through all of them yet. Will keep trying...
I believe that the first fouche's who came here were carried back ti Virginia for burial in a family cemetery. I know there is a family cemetery there and every time one died here, another member of the family was paid 500.00 to make a trip back to Virginia, so I think they were taking the body back for burial. Does that make sense to you?
