Thanks for your message, Myra. I've been out of town which delayed my response.

The will referred to is that of Hugh Fouche. My cousin, Dudley, thought it was that of the first Hugh who arrived in 1635, but I have seen other sources that believe it was that of Hugh, Jr. Frankly, I'm too new at this to judge. I'll be glad to send a copy to you if you like. Maybe you can clear up the mystery. No wife or children are mentioned but it does appoint brothers as executors. Even that is confusing naming "my well beloved brothers John, Richard and Thos. Terry", not adding surnames, while in a previous paragraph daughters of Thos. Terry are left property.
