My father is from Detroit Michigan as well. I never met my grandfather because he died a few years before I was born. I am only 20 years old, so I would'nt know much. My dad might,so I will ask him and get back to you. If you respond tell me about you and your family. Its rare to see the name fouchey. I believe my family is the only foucheys is california. Who knows maybe were related. I live by the beach in oxnard,ca which is 20 minutes from Malibu:30 min from santa barbara and 45 min out of beverly hills. I have played basketball my whole life until a year ago I was offered to go model in Milan,Italy, so I went. I started well but I was just sick of living somewhere that I knew nobody and I did not speak the language, so I came home after a couple months. I went back to school and now I plan on transferring to San Diego State and play basketball there. I thinking of getting back into modeling but its a lot of traveling, and I want to finish school first. I go out a lot to Sunset blvd.on the weekends because I love to dance and hang out with my friends. When I was younger I always dreamed of playing basketball at Univ. of Michigan but I started slacking off after my freshman year in high school and stopped working hard in basketball. My social life became first because being young I thought I would naturally stay better than anybody else. My junior year I played the second half of the season with groin injury but fought it out. My senior season I wasnt healthy until league started. I did well but only well enough to get looked NAIA or DIV.2 schools where I did not want to go, so I went junior college to try and earn a div.1 scholarship but injuries kept me from playing everyday so I took the chance to go see Italy which was an experience. Now I believe I am ready to play again so I plan on going to san diego state university and play for Steve Fisher who was the coach at Michigan when they had the fab 5 and I wanted to go there. Steve Fisher is now the coach at san diego state. Im going to work now so I hope to hear from you soon.
