Searching for information on William E. Foulks. Who are his parents, What happened to him, What was his wife's maiden name.

W.E. Foulks Jan. 1860 married 18 years born Kentucky father born Illinois mother born Kentucky Occupation: Methodist Preacher
Fannie May 1864 7 children/5 living at 1900 census Born Ky father born Mo. mother born Ky
Children: Mary Sept 1885 born Kentucky
R. L. (son) Sept 1887 Ky
Ed L (son) Dec. 1889 Ky
Marshall B. (son) Jan. 1895 Ky
Clayton (daughter) Dec. 1896 New Mexico

According to a caption on a picture of Rev. Foulks and his family, (in 1901) he lived in Alpine, Texas and preached once a month in Sanderson, Texas (From New Mexico Methodist Conference Archives). Annual Conference journals detail his appointment history starting in a 1895. When he died and where he is buried is unknown. Thanks for any help!
