Researching the family of Edward H. Alsop who married Emeline Foulks Dec 13, 1852, Yazoo County, MS.
Nothing else ever found of this couple.
Some clues:
Edward Alsop born in Spotsylvania, VA, abt 1828.
Emeline prob born in Chesterfield, VA, abt 1829.
Her Father: Tapley Foulks, b. VA abt 1803
