I am trying to locate some information on my paternal grandmother's family. The family name is Foust. My ggg-grandfather was John W. Foust. I just came across a pictue that my grandmother had that says William Foust, so I am wondering if he went by William instead of John. I don't have a spouse, but he died July 10, 1850. I only know about 1 son who was John F. Foust. I don't know a birth date, but he died Nov. 15, 1862. He Married a woman named Sara Ann (?). Sarah was born abt. 1835 and died Dec. 17, 1893. She married A. G. Shelton abt. 1862. John F. and Sarah Ann had at least 2 children; Mary J. (Mollie) and Susan E. Mollie married Judge William N. May. and Susan married my great grandfather Albert Washington Yarbrough.
