Foust Support / Service in the Revolutionary War
Posted by: Allen Wissinger (ID *****2291) Date: February 09, 2008 at 16:07:28

I am trying to determine if anyone has information as to whether or not Johannes George Foust(Faust), b. 1719 in Langenselbold, Hesse, Germany, d. 1789 in Orange Cnty, NC or his son John Foust, b. 1744 in Oley or Bern Twp, Berks Cnty, PA, d. 1818 in Knox Cnty, TN, served in or supported the American Revolutionary War 1775-1783. If so, this information would be used to support applications into the DAR, Daughters of the American Revolution, and/or SAR, Sons of the American Revolution.

Thank you for any assistance.

Al Wissinger
