I have some info about a John Foutch who was married to Julia Emaline David Foutch. They had a son , but I only have him as H.L Foutch. The info is the correspondence of Julia to the civil war pension board regarding her desire to get a pension after her husband died. Not much to be gleaned here, except just interesting to see how she worded some things and how persistent she was. As far as I can tell, she never received the pension. Don't know if this is anything at all that you're interested in. Shirley
