i am a 71 year old foutch cindy ransom i do believe is the grand daughter of my dad`s sister i always called her plume.there was a sammuel that lived in the area called isabel township also there was james think that my great grand father was also there they were all farmers owned farms from the government they were about the first settlers there i have a map from the internet showing what parcel my great grandfather had is was no,22 this by the way is in fulton county illinois my grandfather was a coal miner if you have any information let me know my children are taking me to the arear in september thank you beverly foutch slaughter
