I tried to email Martin Wayne Foutch, however the email address is no longer valid.

My father had a brother named Wayne Foutch.
I do not know the full story or if it is even true.
My father left his family for quite some time without communication.
When he went back to visit his aunt he discovered that his brother had died of cancer.
His aunt was hurt by his long absence without communication.
He has had no communication since that I am aware of.

I was told that his father was a law-man of some sort (maybe a Texas Ranger)who died in a shoot-out at a gas station in Oklahoma...?
His mother may have re-married a fella named One-Armed-Johnny???
His mother died when he was... 8? 13? ...years old.
I believe my father was raised by his aunt and uncle thereafter.

He had a grandfather named Crying Rains.
I was told he had a high pitched voice - hence "Crying" and perhaps it was raining outside when he was born.
Crying Rains went to California and along the way inscribed a message on a rock called "signature rock".
The message was 5 drops (Crying Rains) with an arrow pointing towards California.
Along the way back he inscribed ">" on the other end of the arrow meaning Crying Rains went this way and that way.
Something like this:

o o
o o o

That is about all I know of my father's side of the family.
If any of this rings a bell, don't hesitate to contact me.

John Lester Foutch III
