Foxhalls in England before 1840

Foxhall appears as a given name to children born to Joseph and Mary Whitehouse, Dudley, England in years 1839, 1841.
There also appears to be a connection with Commodore Foxhall Alexander Parker b.1800 who emigrated to the U.S.A.Does anyone know of Foxhall Parker's English connections, or the Foxhall family in England generally?
