Dear Mr. Foxworthy,

Thank you so much for responding to my query about Philip. I'm in the process of abstracting the militia records for Stafford County and am encountering some names with which I am unfamiliar. Philip was one of those. My goal is to provide brief biographical footnotes for as many of the men as possible. To date I've found the Foxworthy name mentioned only three times:

Alexander was listed in 1817
John was also listed in 1817
Philip A. was listed in 1815

From what you've sent, Philip A. and Alexander might be the same person. Do you know about John Foxworthy?

Jerrilynn Eby
