Thanks David, I am so happy to have this information about my husband's family. The Nancy Glascock you mentioned is in his family too. Her brother, Newman Glascock was his ggg-grandfather. He was the generation who came to Fleming Co. Ky. from Va. The original immigrant was Thomas Glascock who landed in Jamestown, Va. in the 1640s. He came from Essex England. That family was in Fauquier Co. before they came to Ky. I have noticed that a lot of our Va. families came to the Fleming/Mason/Lewis County Ky. area from Fauquier and Stafford counties in Va.
