William Foxworthy, Sr, son of John Foxworthy and Sarah M Northcutt, was b 1 Apr 1753 d 17 June 1837, m 19 May 1775, in VA, Clarissa Calvert,(19 May 1758-1846). He was in REV.
They had 8 ch:
William, Jr, m Elizabeth Hester. John, m (his cousin) Elizabeth Calvert. Samuel,(1788-1875) m 10 Mar,1814, his cousin) Mary Ann Calvert. Thomas, m Nancy Evans, 6 ch. Sallie, m Rodham Kenner, 4 ch. Delila, m Isaac Evans. Charlotta, m John Milton Fleming, son of Stephen and his #1 ?, 5 ch. Alexander "Sandy" m Nancy Glasscock.(Her sister Jane had m John Rector.) ["Sandy" doesn't mean he was red-headed. It was the nickname for Alexander].

Samuel & Mary Ann Calvert had a son James H, b 4 Apr, 1817, Fleming Co, KY. Moved to Rush Co, IN in 1846.
