Sorry to have taken so long with a return message as I just came back to this site this date from a long absence.
Yes, Ann Constince Foxworthy, daughter of Vincent and Susan Foxworthy, married Henry Cloe in 1812. By 1850 Census they were in Illinois and by the 1860 Census they were in Marion Co., Iowa.
Vincent was the son of Philip and Constance Foxworthy of Stafford Co., Virginia.
In the mid 1750's there were 5 Foxworthy families in Stafford Co., Virginia and as of yet have not been able to tie them together as a family. Philip's descendants have been researched as has the descendants of John and Sarah (Northcutt) Foxworthy.
In the RootsWeb.com under World Connect Project, look for Henry Cloe and Ann Constance. My material will be AlbertAF and a195 is my source (Sherida Riggs) and the other will be Seeker (Joyce Wilson) who is a descendant through the McCoys.
Again, sorry for such a long time in responding.
Sincerely Aaron Foxworthy
