Hi,

The surname spellings were changed in America by however the officials thought it should be spelled. My Foy lines have been spelled Foy, Foye, Foi and Fay. It was the same family line but different town clerks, etc.

Please note that I have not taken offense to your post by any means, but the facts are as stated above. ;)
