Thanks for the reply. Juliana eluded me for a while until I found her as Foyel at her birth in the General Register. However, at her marriage she was Foyle so I think that Foyel was a spelling error by the registrar. Certainly, I always knew of her as Foyle. I have also heard it said that she was from a very wealthy family who had a large house and servants. Also I have heard it said that she was related in some way to the Foyle family who had the publishing business and Foyle's Libraries. Have not yet looked into that as I am presently concentrating more on her husband's family.
I have not yet sent for copy certificates as I am awaiting copies of certificates and papers in the possession of a cousin. Can't see the point of paying for something if it is already in the family, so am waiting to see what arrives.
