James Foyle who died in 1771 in North Carolina and left a will naming his four (4) children. His daughter Elizabeth married Moses Cox who was an executor of the will. His daughter, Charity, married Webb. His son, John, was found later in Alabama. His son James continued the family in North Carolina of which I am the last who had the name . The added and S to Foyle in the early 1800's. Marjorie Foyles Cuzzocrea
