George Frady born 1796 to 1801

I have located these records for George Frady: (1) In 1825 George (X) FRADY witnessed a deed for Charles FRADAY in Buncombe County, NC. This deed is in the Buncombe County Book 15, page 13. The other witness was Joel Lewis. Charles FRADAY purchased 100 acres from James McBrayer for twenty-five dollars on waters of Cane Creek. (2) In 1832 George FRADY was issued a land grant from the State of North Carolina in Rutherford County for fifty acres on Turkey Pen Branch water of main Broad River. This grant is located in the NC State Archives in Raleigh. (3) George FRADEY is in the 1830 Rutherford County NC census. The Township is 2nd Regiment. In this census he is listed with three males under five years of age, one male over five and under ten, a male over thirty and under forty (George himself), and a female over twenty and under thirty (his wife). In this same census Joel Lewis is living three doors away from George.

My questions: who were the four sons of George Frady? was there a connection between Joel Lewis other than being George's neighbor? where is Turkey Pen Branch in Rutherford County? what happened to George Frady's land on Turkey Pen Branch?
