I would like to clear up a lot about the Fraleys being Maloto. They were marked Maloto as they were Mixed with Cherokee Indian. Margaret Ramsey that married James O Fraley was Cherokee and listed in the Census as Maloto.
Her Grandfather Austin Bush was 1/2 Cherokee Indian.
Also her husband James O Fraleys Grandmother Mary Bush was 1/2 Cherokee Indian. James o Fraleys mother was Mary Turner and Henry Fraley. I seen pictures in a Fraley family Trunk and Let me say there was no Question they were Indian with Staight Black Hair and Buckskin Clothes.
So A lot of that about Mulungeon was Really Cherokee Indian. In the Census the Cherokee was not recognized As Indian and did a horrible injustus putting them down as Maloto.
