Hi Jerome,

What is the source of your story, particularly the part about William arriving in 1670? Or is that just a guess on your part? The first records I have found are 1677 in NY.

In any case, he married Elizabeth Potter and that he helped Penn establish PA is perhaps stretching it a bit, but he did play a role for three years before he died.

I am always looking for new sources, even family traditions on this one, as it is difficult to prove.
