I have never seen this issue in dispute. There is a daughter Sarah; daughter of William Frampton (b. 15Nov1742 in Gloucester Co., NJ; d. 15Oct1829) and Sarah Staley (b. 20Jan1755 in Gloucester Co., NJ; d. 6Jul1829 in Clarion Co., PA.) They had one son and six daughters, one being the Sarah you seek.

The Sarah I have was born in 1783 in Clarion Co., PA and died in 1870 in Churchville, Buck Co., PA. She married Joseph Keever in PA and had a handful of kids, John Joseph Keever, Sarah Keever, Margaret Keever, and William Frampton Keever. This is my line, so I have more information down the line of other Keever, Logan descendants, etc.

Though I have had a bunch of email correspondence over the years with folks tied in to this line, I think the best source most Frampton researchers point to is J.S. Wrightnour's book, "The Frampton Family" to which I have not heard of many issues with lineage-wise.
