Sorry about the previous followup I sent, although all true it was not really relevant to you was it. I just got my centuries mixed up!

Anyway, are you aware of the following entry in the Milton Parish Baptism Records?:
John Frampton, son of Robert and Ann Frampton, baptised on 23 February 1772. This is the only Frampton baptism recorded in Milton in that year.

You mention William Frampton and Martha Bull. Have you seen what is probably their marriage record?:
William Frampton and Martha Bull married in the Parish Church(Milton is presume)by Banns with consent of parents, 16th July 1816, signed by Martha and the mark of William, in the presence of Ann Bull and James Olding.
