All I know is that it was called the United Methodist Church of Vincentown, NOT the Buddtown United Methodist Church. The lady at the church made it sound like it was the only Vincentown United Methodist church.I remember I called information to get the phone number by the name she gave me, but I think I wrote it on my calendar at work. The historian that I talked to by phone was named Dorothy Best, also from Vincentown. I got her number from information also. She said she had many newspapers that might have some info about David in it. She also said that David's headstone said "CO. I, 2nd Calvary NJ Volunteers, so he was in the Civil War and so was Amos.I found his name in a Civil War book at the library that said he "enrolled 8/30/1864 for a period of 1 year and mustered out 6/29/1865.He was discharged at Vicksburg, Mississippi same unit as above."She was going to check and I sent her a letter with my home address, phone and email to contact me if she found anything. The only info the church could give me was that 2 Frambes' were buried there.David Frambes and Amos Frampus.I'm almost positive that Amos was David's half brother because he's on the 1850 Washington TWp, Burlington Co., census with Joseph, MaryAnn, Samuel (my gggrandfather), Joseph, John, Jesse, and Amos age 4.The woman at the church could give me no further info, and maybe that was because it was over the phone. Will anxiously wait to hear what you find out!I grew up in Woodstown, NJ....have you always stayed in NJ?
