Hello:
Here is a post I put in the Seneca Co., NY forum. My ggg grandparents; Charles and Frances Marshall;b.1810/1809 were from the Alsace/Lorraine area of France. Charles came to US about 1850. Charles and sons were coopers in the Waterloo, NY area.

I am researching my MARSHALL family who lived for several generations in the Fayette/Waterloo area of Seneca County in upstate NY.
Frances Marshall; b. abt. 1810;France/Germany
Christian Marshall;b. 1841;France married Catherine Mackin; b. abt 1840, IRL
Frederick G. Marshall; b. 7/15/1865;NY married Margaret Jane Donahy; b. 1864;NY lived in Fayette.
Francis C. Marshall; b. 2/28/1894;Waterloo married Alice R. Campbell; b.2/1892; Seneca Falls. They lived in Auburn NY.
Any info on this family would be greatly appreciated.
