My grandmother Arvilla Matschke had a neighbor lady
(unknown name at this time) who lived next door to my
grandma. The lady friend was from France, she had given
my grandma a recipe for French Pancakes. The lady friend
had told my grandma at one time that the recipe was always
a favorite of the French people. My mom ate them as a kid
and the recipe was handed down, and is a family favorite.
I'm just wondering how did French Pancakes come about?
If anyone knows I would like information on it, can email
