Dessiou and Lash (Lache)

Can anyone help me with the origins in France of my ancestor Abram Dessiou who arrived in England in 1701? There is one reference to a Dessiou in the Quarto Series records - Marie Dessiou, native de St Savinien en Xaitonge - dated 1688. Given the -iou ending, I assume the family must have been from Britanny originally. It seems possible Abram came from Avallon in Burgundy and that his father was Pierre.

Also, I am trying to find out where my ancestor Andrew (presumably Andre) Lashe (probably Lache) who arrived in England in 1511 came from. His denization record in 1544 lists him as French. He settled in Paignton, Devon.

Thanks.
