Just so you know, I am a direct descendent of Jacob France of Muskingum Co, OH. My mother is a FRANCE. Her father was John Jacob FRANCE b.1904 d.1982 The line you are trying to connect to yours does not connect from any evidence that I have found. My mother's mother was a genealogist and tracked the family before I took over.
Henry FRANCE b.1805 who married Elizabeth RAMBO could not have been Jacob's brother. Jacob's brother Henry was living with Jacob's and Henry's parents in 1850 and was born around 1823/4 as per the 1850 Muskingum Co, OH.
Whoever or wherever the info claiming Henry b1805 as Jacob's brother is WRONG!!!!
Again, George France, son of Jacob France was always known as Washington, not George. He NEVER left Newton Twp, Muskingum Co, OH. Any thoughts, info, claims to the contrary are incorrect. Whoever the George was in McLean Co, IL, he was NOT Jacob's son.
Please review your data. Everything I see in your data is mixed up.
Henry S. France, son of Jacob France, never lived in McLean Co, IL. He was in every census from 1870 through his death in 1920 in Vermilion Co. I have the biography he had published in 1903 and I have visited his grave and the graves of many of his family in Vermilion Co, OH.
I have never seen any evidence that Adam FRANCE, m. Ann Wirtz, James France m. Margaret Coombs, and David B France m.Eliza Weaver are related to Jacob France. While it is possible, no primary evidence exists. Internet evidence isn't worth the page it's printed on. One needs solid primary documents such as wills, birth death, and marriage records.
George W. FRANCE in McLean Co, IL was born in 1825, age 45 on 1870 census. George W France son of Jacob was born in 1846. The family listed in McLean Co, IL in the 1870 census are:
George W France w m 45 Farmer Ohio
Rebecca France w f 35 keeping house Indiana
Ellen S 15
Samuel F 7
George W 3
All children born in Indiana.
Please, correct your data. By keeping the mess you have, you will only continue to confuse your search. After 44 years of pursuing genealogy, I have found that the mojority of folks looking just want an answer. Many do not care if its correct. For me, I will only accept verified ancestry which I find myself. I have spent a lot of time and money obtaining documents to prove my lineage. Even then, if its questionable, I avoid it.
