Charlie and Willie were my Great Grandparents. They lived in Chestnut Hill,tn (jefferson County). I only know of seven children and I knew all of them. Willie passed away when I was a child but I remember her well. There is only one left that is still alive. I believe Willie was born around 1896. I know that there was some family dispute and Willie changed the last name from francis to France. I am interested in your inquiries. I cannot find any history beyond Charlie or Willie.

Hope to hear from you
