Stephen R. France - Morristown, NJ

Seeking information about the Family of Stephen R. France who lived in Morristown, NJ and was a member of the Fire Department there. Served with the Morris Home Guard in WWI, and later the Morristown Infantry Battalion of the NJ National Guard.

His wife was Helen Higgins and they had eight children. My mother was one of them.

Stephen had at least one brother, Edward (Teddy) France, who was a plankholder sailor on the Battleship USS Alabama.

Sisters may have been Violet France and twin sisters name unknown from NY City. Another sister was Anna France Boehn from Long Island, NY (married to Jack Boehn)

Stephen's mother and father's name unknown, but may be related to Bowden or Stone families in the Morris area.
