I'm interested in how you determined that these are Marcel & Esther's children. The ages don't seem to fit the information that I've found.
I'm a descendent of Zephirin b. 1823, d. 1907. I found Zephirin, Marcel, and Evangeliste in the Beaverville 1860 census:
E. Francoeur 30 M Canada
Marie30 F Canada
Marie Louise3 F Canada
Regina6/12 F IL
Marcel Francoeur 64 M Canada
Esther60 F Canada
Philomene Fortin 22 F Canada
Marcel Fortin32 M Canada
Ira2 F IL
Amie7/12 F IL
Zephirin Francoeur 34 M Canada
Emerence34 F Canada
Amedee12 M Canada
Joseph11 M IL
Florence9 F IL
Philomene6 F IL
Dolphis3 M IL
Chrysologue (m. Anne Fontaine), Zephirin (m. Emerence Fortin), Evangeliste (m. Marie Grammont), Delina (m. Ephram Pray), Philomene (m. Marcel Fortin), and Appoline (m. Edward Meyer), all appear in Beaverville's St. Mary's parish records. Perhaps the later four were from a related Charland-Francoeur, the one that you found named Lewis in Michigan??
I'm pretty sure that at least Zephirin and Chrysologue are brothers. I found these entries in the following two records:
In Repertoire Des Mariages de Nicolet, 1719-1960, St. Jean Baptiste, an entry for Chris Charland-Francoeur, parents Marcel & Esther Doucet, to M. Anne Fontaine, 1-4-1845.
In Baptemes de Gentilly, Comte de Nicolet, 1784-1987, a baptism entry for Charland-Francoeur, Joseph Marcel, 1796 07 11, parents were Augustin & Marie-Louise Bergeron.
I'd be happy to look up any information from St. Mary's parish records, or tell you how you can order a copy of your own.
