I hope no one is offended by this. I was wondering if your FRANKENSTEIN ancestors are Jewish, Catholic, etc. My FRANKENSTEIN search is for Jewish ancestors, but I also have many who "converted", shall we say. There also seems to be an arm being Catholic......Hessen/Fulda area. There are many variations on the spellings, and yet, not a too common name. Was wondering.......back far enough is there a connection between all these people?
Grasping at straws......which once I catch them will use to break down my brick walls! <G>
