Hi:

I have a photograph, that I'll have to dig out, of a plaque mentioning Frederick Frankland M.P. and his son Thomas (Lord) Pelham.

If you're interested send me an e-mail and I'll scan it and send it to you.

Best regards,
Phil Bryan

P.S. My interests of the Franklands are Westmoreland pre 1800 - 1850 then Manchester from then onwards.
