I have you in my book of Franklands. Janet Segger living in Adelaide Australia in 1998.
William Fr. b 12 Jan 1909 lived New Hall, Rathmell. There are still Franklands at New Hall. William who married Madge Carlin died in 1979 and is buried Settle.
His father was Mark Frankland (same name as my grandfather Mark was a common Frankland name). His father was Thirston b 1830 and Thirston's was my GG grandfather's brother. From there backwards Thomas who had masses of children b. 1798 to William b. 1747 and Henry b. 1743. If you send me your postal address I will send you a photocopy of the Frankland book for the price of a drink should I manage to visit Adelaide again.

Glad to be of help. Bill Harrison Frankland was the one who produced the book.
Margaret (whose mother was a Frankland)
