I have Franz family from Germany to Iowa, Adair Co., August Frederick Franz married Ida Minerva Hendricks 9 Feb. 1881 Adair, Adair county, Iowa and migrated to Salt Lake City, Ut by 1910. Then settled in Green River, Emery county, Utah and was buried in Elgin Cemetery there. If you go to their website, you can see their tombstones online. August's parents were Theodore and Mary Bee of Mechamscburg, Germany. Also their daughter Stella Belle married Blaine David Hatch in 1908 in Salt Lake City, Ut and and Stella died in 1931 Emery County, Green River, UT. August and Ida had 4 children: Chester A., dau.Jesse Maude,George Hendricks, and Stella Belle. If you have more on this line, I would like to correspond with you. I am related through the Hendricks line.
